SKYCITY is slated to be a mixed-use building in the Adani-MIAL Aerocity in Andheri East that will have a 3-star hotel with 200 rooms, 120,000 square feet of commercial space, and 25,000 square feet of retail space. The project EPC contractor, Mellora, has been selected and is currently in charge of the engineering work. The design and liaison architects are Sanjay Puri Architects and AAKAR, and the structural and mechanical engineering work is handled by Associated Structural Consultants and MEP Consultants, respectively.
